Bigorio 2025 Conference
On September 25, 2025, in the splendid setting of the Convent of Bigorio, a conference was held dedicated to the Collared Balia, our flagship species, and other species.
Thank you to the Friends of Bigorio for this major project, which has also helped to preserve the chestnut forest where the collared bunting was historically found.
There was also discussion of the nightjar and the conservation efforts for this species carried out in collaboration with BirdLife Switzerland.
