FICEDULA > Little One

Description

The Wren is a bird with brown plumage featuring fine streaks and a distinctive light-colored eyebrow. Its small tail is often held upright. Despite its small size, its song is very powerful. It feeds on insects and spiders, which it finds among dense vegetation. It prefers humid habitats rich in undergrowth and is a skilled nest builder, constructing dome-shaped nests. The breeding season runs from spring through early summer.
