Sa t\u00eate est orn\u00e9e d&rsquo;un masque noir qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tend des yeux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la base du bec, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re un aspect fier et caract\u00e9ristique. Les adultes mesurent environ 24 cm de long. Ce pr\u00e9dateur se nourrit principalement de petits rongeurs, d\u2019insectes et d\u2019autres oiseaux, qu\u2019il chasse depuis des perchoirs en hauteur. Comme toutes les pie-gri\u00e8ches, elle est connue pour son habitude d\u2019empaler ses proies sur des \u00e9pines ou du fil barbel\u00e9 afin de se constituer de v\u00e9ritables r\u00e9serves. La pie-gri\u00e8che grise est partiellement migratrice, les populations du nord se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant vers le sud pendant l\u2019hiver. Elle pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les habitats ouverts tels que les landes, les champs et les zones cultiv\u00e9es parsem\u00e9es d\u2019arbres. La saison de nidification commence au printemps, avec la construction de nids dans des buissons ou des arbres bas. Malgr\u00e9 son apparence, la pie-gri\u00e8che grise n\u2019est pas \u00e9troitement apparent\u00e9e aux rapaces.        <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
