Ausgewachsene M\u00e4nnchen weisen ein charakteristisches Gefieder mit dunkelgr\u00fcnem Kopf und wei\u00dfem K\u00f6rper auf, w\u00e4hrend die Weibchen ein graues Gefieder mit rotbraunem Kopf haben. Diese Art ern\u00e4hrt sich \u00fcberwiegend von Fischen, die sie durch Eintauchen unter Wasser f\u00e4ngt. Im Fr\u00fchjahr nistet sie in nat\u00fcrlichen oder k\u00fcnstlichen H\u00f6hlen, h\u00e4ufig in der N\u00e4he von S\u00fc\u00dfgew\u00e4ssern.     <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b133c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8b133c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Situation in der italienischen Schweiz<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f69e84a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f69e84a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die erste Brut des G\u00e4nses\u00e4gers am Verbano geht auf das Jahr 1998 in den Castelli di Cannero zur\u00fcck. Seit 2002 wurden Brutvorkommen am Verbano auch im Tessin nachgewiesen. In den letzten Jahren hat die G\u00e4nses\u00e4gerin ihr Verbreitungsgebiet erheblich erweitert.
